Manga Color

set 100x100 pixel image
Image Vampire Knight feel free to used this image or another one of your liking
Duplicate image and set it to sofe light
Go to Layers, New adjustment layer, Color balance: 45, -71, -68
Add a New Raster Layer and fill it with this color #aa66ea, set it to Saturation 50 opacity
Add a another New Raster Layer and fill it with this color #966c44, set to Hard Light 30 opacity
Them we are going to used this texture from shizoo,
set to Lighten , duplicated it, them click on Adjust, click Blur then Gaussian blur 12.00 set to Dodge
Almost home free just add this small note here
End result
